Physicians and Other Health Care Professionals

Physician assistance in quality improvement and peer review activities is directed and led by TMF’s medical director, contracted physicians and other health care professionals (e.g., podiatrists, dentists, chiropractors) who are engaged in the active practice of medicine, or their health services specialty, and have agreed to provide TMF with services in their fields of expertise.

Non-Physician Staff

TMF employs more than 130 staff members with licensure and expertise in a variety of areas:

  • Physicians (MD)
  • Nurses (RN, BSN, MSN)
  • Masters in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA) and Public Affairs (MPA)
  • Licensed Nursing Facility Administrators (LNFA)
  • Registered Health Information Administrators (RHIA) and Technicians (RHIT)
  • Certified Coding Specialists (CCS)
  • Certified Professionals in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professionals
  • Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
  • Information technology professionals, including biostatisticians and computer programmers
  • Communications and marketing professionals
TMF has received Independent Review Organization accreditation from URAC. TMF has received Health Utilization Management accreditation from URAC. TMF is a GSA Advantage Contract Holder.
