Peer Review Services

As an independent review organization, TMF conducts medical peer review including:

  • Medical review services for the Texas Department of Insurance when a patient appeals adverse determination issued by a utilization review agent or managed care organization.
  • Independent peer review of medical dispute resolution cases assigned by the Texas Workers Compensation Commission.
