2007-2008 Home Health Immunization Toolkit
The Immunization Toolkit 2007-2008 has been updated with new information on influenza and pneumococcal vaccinations. New material is clearly highlighted with a "New" icon. The Toolkit is full of valuable sample policies, forms, educational materials, references, and more.

ACH National Campaign Survey
This voluntary survey will give QIOs valuable feedback on the ACH National Campaign Best Practice Intervention Packages that are released each month. Participants may be selected as the National Campaign Agency of the Month.

NPI News
CMS announced that through May 23, 2008, CMS will not impose penalties on covered entities that deploy contingency plans to facilitate the compliance of their trading partners (e.g. those health care providers who bill them). More information on NPI contingency planning can be found on the CMS Web site.

OASIS Accuracy Support Packet for ACH (PDF)
To support the National Home Health ACH Campaign, Linda Krulish representative for the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board has created an OASIS Accuracy Support Packet - a 20 page guide for scoring OASIS items used to compute the ACH outcome measure including CMS Q&As and OBQI Implementation Manual Chapter 8.

Access OBQI and OBQM CASPER Reports by Branch
Beginning December 18, 2006, the HHA OBQI and HHA OBQM reports allow the user to request that the report be displayed by branch for all OBQI and OBQM reports.

Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign
Over half of all home health agencies in the nation have signed up to participate in the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign, which unites home care agencies, state home care associations, and Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) under the shared vision of reducing avoidable hospitalizations to improve the quality of patient care.
